Mark’s career in real estate started over 35 years ago and includes; extensive experience in real estate brokerage, commercial and residential development, new construction, mortgage financing, property management, marketing, leasing and real estate sales. He has been active in real estate sales in Sarasota/Bradenton for the past 12 years. From 2010 to 2015 Mark held the position of Senior Vice President and Manager of bank owned properties for IBERIABANK. Over this five year period, Mark was responsible for the sales and marketing of over 3,000 properties completing over $650 million in sales.
Karen was employed as a nurse in Venice/Sarasota from 1993-2010. During the past five years Karen has been actively involved with home remodeling and interior decorating. She has completed a variety of jobs for clients in Sarasota/Bradenton. In addition she has completed renovation projects on properties owned personally by Mark and Karen on Siesta Key, the Landings, Misty Creek and Tuscana. During 2014-2015 Karen oversaw the design and construction of our new home in the Country Creek community of Sarasota.
